First, what is pressure washing?

Pressure washing is basically spraying a surface with a machine that draws low-pressure water from a hose into a water pump. This pump accelerates the water to a high velocity and sends it back out through a specially designed hose to handle the increased pressure. From there, it then accelerates the water even more based on what kind of nozzle is used. This pressurized water then knocks debirs loose by the kinetic energy that is produced from this process. Pacific Spray Wash has several methods to clean hard surfaces, and we employ the most appropriate method to maintain the integrity of the surface we are cleaning and achieve the best results. We use everything from circular-brush scrubbers to pressurized nozzles, to simple broom-style brushes combined with water and eco-friendly cleaning agents to clean different surfaces. Once we are finished, we often apply a blanket of cleaning solution to eliminate any leftover spores, inhibit future growth, and leave your property looking great. Pressure washing the solid surfaces of your home also makes a safer environment to walk on since areas affected by mold and fungus can become slippery and unstable if left untreated.
